"Hello! I want to give Thanks to Tracy Yates. She's one of the agents in the office. I stated out with State Farm in Jax. We relocated to a different state. Some how doing the process of switching agencies. The DMV suspended my license. Ms. Yates wasn't even my agent anymore but she. Took time out of her day. To make calls and find out what was going on. "I just relocated from NJ to FL and was running into complications resulting in many hours on the phone AND THEN I called Howie Kane - he made changing my auto insurance so easy!! Plus he let me know what I was ignorant of, like you need the car insurance BEFORE getting a new license, registration and plates! I would have lost more time if I didn’t learn that. He really made my day!!"

"Amazing experience with Chris Bedford! I had multiple issues with a different office and I called Chris for help. He helped us more than I thought possible and saved my family over $400 a month!!!
