He originally helped me on a weekend while moving my son into college. I learned my homeowners policy would not cover my son away from home and he did need a “renters policy”. Chris took the time to write it on the weekend and sent it right over which was required for my son to occupy his new apartment. We have since saved a ton of money by bundling our other policies with State Farm. Their Life insurance rates are competitive too. "Don’t use. Had been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Never taken out a claim. Always paid on time. He doubled my home owner’s insurance this year. It was not low before but normal. I called and asked why. No excuse, just said, “Oh that’s just how it is now. I’m everyone’s human punching bag right now.” Yeah, maybe you wouldn’t be their human punching bag if you didn’t double their home owner’s insurance in 1 year. My salary sure hasn’t doubled in 1 year, but apparently his has thanks to all his victims. Scammer. Don’t waste your money on a disloyal agent and company that does not value loyal/good customers. I’m sure he will come on here to retort it with some BS. Don’t buy it. Steer clear."

"Update 7/2024. We have 3 cars and our home insured by this company. We have had 2 claims. One was a windshield replacement. Never had a claim on my car or my wife’s car or our home. Yet when I called the company I was told I would probably be dropped if I file any other claims. I pay through the nose for insurance here in Florida for my home. I pay 500 a month for two cars that are both almost 10 years old with no money owed. Yet we will be dropped if we use our insurance. Stay away from this company. I will also be filing a complaint with the parent company. Stay away from Chris Bedford insurance company! Please avoid this business at all costs. I have had the worst experience with this company. My son totaled his car 2 months ago. We have yet to see anything from the settlement, or even where the car is to collect personal items. Nobody seems to know where the cars is. In the meantime they want me to continue to pay for insurance on no car! Our 3 cars soon to be four and our home policies will be moved asap! For your own sanity avoid this place!"
